FruityLoopsCollab classroom streaming encoder

FruityLoopsCollab starts a separate, unmodified FFmpeg 8.0.1 command-line
encoder compiled with libx264 from the accompanying x264 source archive.
FFmpeg and x264 are copyright their respective contributors and are licensed
under GNU GPL version 2 or later for this build. See COPYING.GPLv2,
COPYING.x264 and LICENSE-FFmpeg.txt. No warranty is provided for these components.

Complete corresponding source is supplied beside this notice, in
ffmpeg-8.0.1.tar.xz and x264-stable.tar.gz. SOURCE.json records their exact
SHA-256 hashes and the encoder hash. Build-ClassroomEncoder.sh records the
configure options and build commands. Both source archives were compiled
without source modifications. Extract them into a folder named
classroom-encoder-source and run the recipe in Git Bash with MinGW-w64 GCC,
pkgconf, mingw32-make and NASM available. The recipe accepts that folder as
its first argument and the extracted Winlibs toolchain as its second argument.
Use a path without spaces for the compiler and build folder on Windows.
The compiler download and build identity are recorded in SOURCE.json.

MinGW-w64 14 runtime source is also supplied in mingw-w64-v14.0.0.tar.gz.
See COPYING.MinGW-w64 and COPYING.winpthreads for its permissive runtime
licenses and contributor attributions.
GCC-generated runtime code uses the GCC Runtime Library Exception; see
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gcc-exception-3.1.html . Windows system libraries
are supplied by Windows. The application does not link to FFmpeg libraries.
